[Guardian] Impressed with the efforts of the Copyright Society of Nigeria (COSON) in protecting intellectual properties of Nigerian musicians, Imo State governor Rochas Okorocha has pledged full support for the activities of the collective management organization for musical works and sound recording. Okorocha also called on all persons and organisations that deploy music in their businesses in the state to ensure that they respect the law and obtain appropriate copyright licenses from COSON.
